Extreme Climbing

On Saturday 4th Febuary The Extreme Sports Purpose Group had an extreme day out climbing Helvellyn. The temperature was -20 with the wind chill.

Move Forward

Sunday 12th February @ 4pm
• Service starts in St James(adults and children)
• We all move to the Cathedral for the second half. Adults in the Concert Room, Children in the Board Room
• Tea in the Concert Room


February @ 4pm
• Service in St James - Jude Preaching
• 5.30-7.30 pm Take down Crèche tent
• Take down side tents
• Move items to St Gabriel’s
• Tea will be served in both St James House & Church


Sunday 26th February - Gift Day                                      
4pm service in St James
• Children move to St James’ House half way through
• 5.30-7.30 Take down main tent
• Move music equipment to the Concert Room & storage
• Tea will be served in both St James House & Church

• Sunday School in the Radcliffe Library

Trip to the Williamsons Tunnels

We are organising a trip to the Williamson Tunnels

The Williamson Tunnels Heritage Centre provides an insight into the fascinating underground world created by Joseph Williamson in the early 19th Century. Take a 40 minute guided tour through a section of the network of tunnels and view exhibitions which depict the life and times of one of Liverpool's most eccentric characters.


• Saturday 21st January
• 10.30 Arrive, Museum. Williamson Tunnels Heritage Centre, The Old Stable Yard, Smithdown Lane, Liverpool, L7 3EE
• 11.00 Tour
• 11.40 Coffee
• Cost
• Adults £4, Children £3, under 5’s Free, Family Ticket £14
• Come in warm clothing, No high heels or open shoes.
