At St James, we are structured around a network of purpose groups which are small groups of people with a shared focus. We run courses to support people through different stages of life and faith and provide resources to stimulate our brains and hearts.
Purpose Groups are small groups of people who have a shared focus or Passion.
Alpha is an 8 week course exploring life's big questions. Runs on a Monday evening in St James House. The evening includes food, a short talk and disscusion. There is no follow up, presure or charge.
Basics is a six week course which allows people to ask the big questions and find out about the basics of the Christian Faith. This is run on a monday evening and on campus for international students.
New comers is for people who have recently joined the church. You can meet people, find out more abour our values and work out whether St James is the right home for you.
